JEWELLERY
On health and safety grounds we do not allow children to wear jewellery to school. The exceptions to this are watches and plain small earring studs in pierced ears. We ask children to either remove these items during PE or cover them with a plaster, to prevent them from causing injury.
MAKE UP & NAIL VARNISH
Make up and nail varnish are not to be worn in school.
HAIR
Please could all long hair be tied back. This is
- to stop the spread of head lice
- to ensure pupils can see where they are going and look tidy
- to stop hair getting caught in lockers, zips etc
