At Westbury we are firmly committed to continual school improvement. At the end of each academic year staff and governors come together and share an evaluation of the school with the Headteacher, reviewing the year's priorities and aims and setting new ones for the year ahead. This is done through discussion, data and collaboration.
We also seek the views of parents, staff and pupils to ensure that we have a thorough and holistic view of how the school is achieving its aims. Everyone's voice is valued.
